Eligible Participants: Project KEEP US is a study of undergraduate and graduate students enrolled/matriculated in degree programs and attending classes on campus at eligible colleges/universities in the 12 counties that are the focus of the Essential New York Initiative, a report issued by the Metropolitan Development Association (MDA) of Syracuse and Central New York, Inc. in February 2004.

$500 Prize: All eligible participants who participated in the Project KEEP US study by completing the online survey or a telephone interview could elect to enter at the end of the survey/interview to win $500. A random drawing will be conducted among those eligible participants who completed the study and chose to provide their name and contact information to determine who will receive the $500.*

*Only one entry per eligible participant, and the study participant must meet all eligibility rules in order to receive the prize. Names and contact information provided for the drawing are stored separately and used only for that purpose. Chances of winning are based on the total number of eligible participants who complete the study and elect to enter the drawing.
Note: For this study, the word "college" refers to both universities and colleges at both the undergraduate and graduate levels.
